Trying to get new members

I am still trying to get new members to increase the clan active players, there have been a few that showed interest but still none that have committed.
I put a post on wargaming clan recruiting forum as well.

I have been sending random messages to folks that I come across with no clan tags in random battles asking if they want to join the clan. Sometimes I get a response, if your reading this then can you please try the same tactic.
